Service Description
Do you remember the old adage, "time well spent", we'll this is exactly that! A conversation at the start of a new learning, or personal development means that we'll both have an opportunity to see how I can support you and if you feel we'll be the best fit for each other. During this session we'll talk about what coaching is & isn't so you understand the coaching process and how it differs from other services. Secondly we'll do a brief coaching demo which will allow you to experience the transformative benefits of coaching, and what it's like to be coached by me specifically. Lastly, we'll be able to explore expectations around how the coaching sessions will work meaning that I'll be best able to provide you with the support you need and I can answer any questions you have. How does that all sound?
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS All cancellations must be made by telephone Whatsapp or in writing. A booking remains valid until we have responded to a cancellation, usually within 48 hours. Late arrivals & no shows constitute a cancellation. Cancellations by customers: i. Cancellation for sessions marked as FREE will incur a standing charge of £25 which will be made to the card registered. This will also apply for a no show. For cancellations within 48 hours of your paid booking, you will lose your payment. With 7 days notice, I can offer an alternative date, full refund or credit. Between those times, only 50% credit will be offered. ii: For outdoor activities and events sessions & bookings will run unless we deem it unsafe. Cancellation by me for coaching, consulting or office based freelance work are: a. I shall notify the customer of cancellation of courses not less than five days prior to the commencement, in the case that minimum numbers have not been met. c. In the event of a cancellation by us, customers can either receive a full refund, a credit or rebook for an alternative date. Cancellation by us for outdoor activities: a. We may at times cancel due to dangerous/unsuitable conditions for the booking & we shall inform the customer asap. b. We shall notify the customer of cancellation of courses not less than five days prior to the commencement, in the case that minimum numbers have not been met. c. In the event of a cancellation by us, customers can either a full refund, a credit or rebook for an alternative date. PHOTOGRAPHS taken may appear in printed/online material unless permission is withdrawn.
